Dansko shoes are designed according to European whole sizes. To find your perfect fit, please refer to our Size Chart which converts US sizes to EU equivalents. Generally, there should be about a pinky finger's width of space between your heel and the back of the clog.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn merchandise in its original packaging. Simply use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label. Please note that a small restocking fee may be deducted from your final refund.
Are Dansko shoes suitable for long hours of standing?

How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
How should I clean and maintain my leather clogs?
Maintenance depends on the leather type. For Box leather, simply wipe with a damp soapy cloth. For Oiled leather, use a damp cloth followed by a leather restorer or cream to maintain its natural moisture and finish.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. Dansko offers a limited warranty against manufacturer defects within 90 days of purchase. This does not cover normal wear and tear or improper care.
