At Dansko, we stand behind the comfort and quality of our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the shoes in their original box, secure them in a shipping carton, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
